Acceptance
By using OpenCase Vintage you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What we provide
OpenCase Vintage is a search and discovery tool that aggregates watch part listings from third-party marketplaces. We do not sell parts directly and are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
Listings are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or fitness of any listed item. Always verify compatibility directly with the seller before purchasing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to scrape or bulk-collect listing data.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Use automated tools to submit searches at a rate that burdens the infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Magic link emails are single-use and expire — never share them. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees of uptime. The service is provided "as is" during the beta period. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
OpenCase Vintage is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including incorrect search results, missed alerts, or purchases made based on information found through the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify registered users by email for material changes.
